Derrick strongly believes in the concept of family - Ohana.  He works extremely hard to empower his clients and their families with opportunities for the prosperity and success that comes with home ownership in Hawaii.  Helping clients build a solid foundation for their current and future generations is a source of great joy and satisfaction for Derrick.

Clients that work with Derrick come to realize that in addition to being an experienced, well-respected and skilled negotiator, he is an excellent listener.  His main goal is to always reach a complete understanding of his clients' wants and needs so they feel comfortable working with him.  Once that understanding is in place, Derrick's 30+ years of experience and impeccable reputation allows him to close any transaction in a fair and honest manner.  His clients trust him as does his colleagues in the real estate community.  He currently serves as a commissioner on the Real Estate Commission for the State of Hawaii.
